The Employment Tribunal Service

When you submit your details to us a specialist will assess the chances of success in your claim at the Employment Tribunal. We will then give a percentage rate of the winnings that we are prepared to work for. This is based on the complexity and risk factor. If you loose you will not owe a penny.

We will prepare your case and negotiate where possible an out of court settlement, we will present your case in the Employment Tribunal and if deemed necessary handle any subsequent appeals.

Other charges may apply subject to the complexity of your claim.

The Intermediary Service

If you are experiencing problems at work and may wish to negotiate some form of settlement then we can act as negotiators on your behalf. This could be a lump sum for leaving or an increase in salary. We can charge as a percentage of any settlement or an hourly rate of £100.00.

The Advisory Service

If you require advice on a general employment law topic then you simply give us your details via the E-Mail and we will endeavour to answer your query within 48 hours. If you require an opinion, then you may be charged for this and we will advise you of any costs before charging you.
